1. Acceptance
By registering for, or being enrolled into, the SalonOps SMS messaging program, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
SalonOps sends attendance-related SMS notifications to employees on behalf of their franchisee employer. Messages are delivered via the OpenPhone platform from the franchisee's registered business phone number.
3. Consent & Opt-Out
By providing your mobile number to your franchisee as part of your employment record, you consent to receive attendance-related SMS messages from SalonOps. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. To re-subscribe, reply START. Reply HELP for help. Opting out does not affect your employment.
4. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Message frequency depends on your attendance record but is limited to at most one automated SMS per day per recipient.
5. Supported Carriers
SalonOps supports all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Acceptable Use
Replies to SalonOps messages other than the keywords above are logged and reviewed by your franchisee. Do not include sensitive personal information in replies.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
