SalonText is operated by your franchisee on behalf of Great Clips, Inc. We collect employee contact information (name, mobile phone number, email, address, and employment status) uploaded by your franchisee from internal payroll / scheduling exports, plus attendance variance data also uploaded by your franchisee.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your mobile phone number to send attendance-related SMS messages from your franchisee's registered business phone number through OpenPhone. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or any of your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. SMS Messaging Program
- Message frequency varies based on your attendance record.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Data Retention
Attendance and message history are retained for the duration of your employment plus a period required for record-keeping and dispute resolution.
5. Your Rights
You may request a copy or deletion of your personal information by contacting your franchisee store manager.
